Help Centre How do I log into my Athena Tracker?


- For any mention of "receiving an email"; please check your Junk/Spam folders for this email.


1. As a New User

Your School's Athena Tracker Admin will have activated your own personal Athena account. This means you will have received an Activation Email:

Please check your Spam/Junk folders for this email. You can also search for "Athena Tracker Activation Email" if you cannot see it immediately.

In the email, you can click on the "Activate Now" link, to gain access to your account, and set your own personal password.
If you cannot click the link, move the email to your Inbox, or 'mark the email as safe', to make the link clickable.



2. I have no Activation Email

You can request this from your school's Athena Admin, or by requesting one from the Support Chat-Box in the bottom right-hand corner of this screen, once you provide your email address. Please check your Spam/Junk folders for that email.


3. I have logged in previously but have forgotten my password

Go to www.athena-tracker.ie and click on the "Forgot Your Password?" button. You can input you email address there and receive a new Reset Password Email. Please check Junk/Spam for this email.

4. The link in the email does not work for me.

In Activation Emails, you should be able to click on "Activate Now".
In Reset Password Emails, you should be able to click on "Change my password".

If you can't click on those links:

Firstly, make sure you have moved your email from Junk/Spam, to your Inbox.

Next, check the expiry date in your email. The line reads "This activation link will be due on...". If the date listed is passed, you need to request a new Activation Email from your Athena Admin, or in the Support Chat-Box in the bottom right-hand corner of this screen.


5. "Reset password token is invalid"

This means you have used an older Reset Password email. Delete all Reset Password emails, and request a new, definitive one.



If your Activation Email has expired, or you are not receiving that email or a Reset Password email to your Junk/Spam folders, please contact us in the Chatbox in the bottom right-hand side of this page.
